ORDER STATUS UPDATE
This is the 'Order Status Update' page where you will find exactly where you are at in the order queue.
Order Status List
- 'In Process' Orders - Your order is confirmed and we are in the process of ordering all necessary materials to complete your piece
- 'In Production' Orders - Your order is currently being built and will be done shortly
- 'Completed' Orders - Your order is completed and is listed on the shipping marketplace.
- 'Awaiting Pick Up' - We are waiting for the assigned Carrier to pick up your item(s)
- 'Shipped' Orders - Your order was shipped and is on the way! We will of course send you the great news once that happens!
- Etsy Orders, Rush Orders or any other 3rd Party Platform Orders WILL NOT be on this Order Status list
- This order status list will NOT be updated daily, this list is to be used as a general guideline only
- Order of names 'may' change due to material availability and other extenuating circumstances
- Please note that information on this list may look distorted causing names or item sizes to look out of place. If you are viewing it from a cell phone or tablet, using a desktop will will provide the most accurate view.
